Winter Birthday Celebration

The whole family gathered at Mamaw & GrandBob's to celebrate all of the winter birthdays a few days before the beginning of Spring.   We all had a great time, the kids opened a few presents and we enjoyed some yummy Elmo & Train cake.  :)

The balloons were a big hit among Katelyn & Bobby!

Opening Presents & Elmo Cake

Similar to Brendan's birthday, we had Mamaw & GrandBob, as well as Aunt Jenny, Uncle Rob & Bobby over for opening presents and cake & ice cream. Bisia & Grampy came into town yesterday, and it was so nice to have them here to help celebrate!

Brendan was a big helper in opening presents. ;)

Her favorite gift - Mel-mo jacket. She insisted on putting it on right then & there when she opened it.

I was torn between making a butterfly cake for her birthday and an Elmo cake. Elmo won, but I compromised in making a butterfly cupcake. :)

Our baby girl is 2 now! My how she's grown and blossomed the last few months. :) "Counts" to 10, sings first part & end of ABC's Runs & Jumps "Spells" her name..."L-Y-N", recognizes "K" and knows her colors Loves to be rocked/sing Rock a Baby.

 ETA:   Her well baby check was a little late again.  We went on 4/10/12.
   Weight:  23 pounds 15 oz!  (13th percentile!!!)
   Height:  34 inches    (48th percentile)
