The Pool at the Y

I got brave today and took both kids to the pool at the Y. (Well, really what happened is the tree trimming guys kept ringing the door bell and woke Katelyn up after only about an hour of her nap, so by 2:30, she was really to play again.) We all got in the big pool (kids in life jackets) for about 1 minute. One, it was cool water, two Brendan wouldn't not wrap his arms around my neck and wrap his legs around my waist. Katelyn probably would've been fine in her fishy lifejacket, but the Y one was a little big and she didn't seem to want to stay vertical. So we ventured over to the shallow pool and the kids had a blast. :)
