On Saturday, we made the trip south to Metamora, Indiana. I hadn't been here in years - probably since elementary school. There was a restored steam engine in town that we had tickets to ride. We had a very excited little boy on our hands.

Clutching their tickets!
All of the volunteers out for the day were so kind to us and our train loving little man. They gave him a lump of coal out of the tender to hold onto and keep. :)

This is the owner of the steam engine - he had a little talk with Brendan and then took him up in the steam engine again to look around.
