Brown County State Park - Part 2

Once we got to the park, Brendan kept asking, "Where's the park?!" We finally figured out that he was looking for the playground. So, we found the playground in the park near the campground and of course the kids needed to play. :)

The tire swing was a big hit with Katelyn.  

Ok, all the swings were a big hit with her. :)

Some of the bigger kids wanted to play too... ;)


After some lunch back and the cabin and some naps, Chris, Grampy, the kids and I went back to the park to "hike" around one of the lakes there. It was a fairly easy hike, but definitely not stroller friendly. 

Katelyn enjoyed time with her Grampy - throwing rocks into the water and being carried on his shoulders.

Brendan spent his time way ahead of me, hence there were no pictures of him.  But he certainly enjoyed his time exploring as well!
